ToolTrack Add-Ons and Enhancements

ToolTrack Manufacturing Scheduler is an integrated scheduling and planning solution built on the ToolTrack MES platform that coordinates materials, equipment, maintenance, engineering, and production activities down to the minute — without the cost of a standalone scheduling system. It automatically adapts to changing conditions and optimizes throughput and on-time delivery. By combining tactical, real-time scheduling with strategic what-if simulation and long-term planning in a single interface, ToolTrack Scheduler allows teams to understand the impact of decisions before execution and confidently deploy optimized schedules to production — at a practical price.

CFMS is an optional module for ToolTrack that is fully integrated into the ToolTrack user interface and designed to securely store, organize, and manage files generated by MES workflows such as inspection images, equipment logs, process videos and other related data. With structured folder control, contextual tagging, and virtually no file size limitations, CFMS delivers a unified view of all MES-related information regardless of format. CFMS also includes a stand-alone portal for external (or non-ToolTrack users) and a sync service for automated folder monitoring and upload. Pricing is based on the storage tier, and all components are bundled together with unlimited users and retrieval bandwidth.

ToolTrack Zebra Service (TZS) is an optional module for ToolTrack that enables secure, direct label printing from the ToolTrack user interface to local Zebra label printers. Customers can control which workstations are allowed to initiate printing, and both networked and USB-connected Zebra printers are supported. TZS is offered as a $100 per month subscription and includes unlimited printers and label prints.
